On Tuesday 17 October, 6-7.30pm, Te Pūtahi is putting medium density housing under the microscope to learn how it can be done well at ‘Reaching a happy medium in urban housing’, the third Christchurch Conversation for 2023.
As more medium density is on the cards in Ōtautahi Christchurch, they want to find out if they can harness its potential for affordability, sustainability, connectivity and wellbeing. Guy Marriage a leading expert in medium density housing will be joining, as well as Annie Wilson, General Manager of Kāinga Maha (a not-for-profit property development company), in addition to other experts and those who are currently living in medium density housing.
