Visit Rāpaki marae, University of Canterbury and Ara Institute of Canterbury buildings, and inner-city public spaces and buildings to discover the diverse range of architecture and designed landscapes used by Māori and other communities.

The day includes a formal pōwhiri at Rāpaki marae and a packed lunch sponsored by Metalcraft Roofing. We will be accompanied by leading local Māori architect Perry Royal (Ngāi Tahu, Ngāti Raukawa) and landscape architect Debbie Tikao of Matapopore.

The day is suited to anyone with a keen interest in architecture and/or te ao Māori.

The bus departs from and returns to the central city and some walking is involved.

$80+bf (total of $87.17, incl GST) - tickets available now on Eventbrite.  https://teputahi.us7.list-manage.com/track/click?u=76c1a665f1ae93c5e2254b13d&id=72f838acb5&e=532b5a61fc
